Today I was SUPPOSED to finish my #FridayFrivolity blog post, and get the party ready for tonight's festivities.
Instead, I got totally caught up in a writing whirlwind that resulted in me hitting 80,000 words on the Nanowrimo project y'all keep hearing about... 80,289 to be exact.
Then, just as I emerged from the influence of The Muse...
my husband came home from work and took me on a surprise date night.
I am never one to think twice about surprise date-night. ESPECIALLY if it involves margaritas, which it did.
All that to say, I have nothing funny for you today, to my great shame. But at the same time, I'm not sorry, because writing whirlwinds and date night are both very important too!!
