Hurrah for our third week of FREE and FUN Friday at Devastate Boredom! We had an awesome time with y'all last week, and are SO appreciative to the fantastic bloggers who joined us. :)

Drum roll for our features please!!

Feature #1 is this FANTASTIC tutorial and set of free printables to create your very own Halloween themed book covers!
I love books, and I love Halloween, so you can probably guess how I feel about this one! It comes to us via A Houseful of Handmade, and I strongly suggest checking out this awesome blog for lots of fun posts and DIY tutorials. So much to make... so much to pin! ;)

Feature #2, our top humor post of the week, comes from Purple Slob in Recovery, who writes about one of the most unglamorous sides of homeownership... dealing with plumbing issues! And not just any plumbing issues, wouldn't you know, but toilet problems. Check out her blog for lots of laughs!

Now on to this week's fun!

This link party has two purposes....

1) To highlight free stuff, particularly personal downloadable/printable freebies, offered by the author. Pretty much anything is awesome, as long as it is completely free, in its entirety, no strings attached. Collections of free printables or a post showing how you used a free download in a DIY project are fantastic too, as long as they clearly credit and link back to the freebies' original creator.

2) To showcase humorous, entertaining, lighthearted posts, that will perk up our Friday and set the weekend off on the right foot. That crazy thing that happened last week, hilarious media reviews, pinterest disasters, chuckle-worth DIY projects... anything that will make us smile!

Basically, when it comes to FREE and FUNNY, you are in the right place!
