Friday Friv-- uhhh, hang on a sec, 4-year olds sued for negligence? aka, and then a bike ride cost mommy and daddy their house...

Hmmm I mean, I'm all for kids taking responsibility for their actions... but a four year old?  Do they have her on tape laughing maniacally as she pedaled gleefully away from the scene of the crime?  Was it pre-meditated?  Did she wheel her bike around and hit the woman a second time?  (That poor woman, by the way...)

Anyway, I just find this story a little hard to believe... I feel like there has to be more to it.  Either that or the judge is heavily imbibing something, and it is NOT coffee.
